Refunds

1. Full refunds on merchandise will be given only if returned within 15 days of customers’ receipt of item. To return an item and receive a refund, you will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of item. You can notify us via email or phone. We will then give you confirmation and a return number. Once you have received confirmation to return the item(s), send the item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will refund you the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Any returns sent to us without prior notification will be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. We are not responsible for lost items shipped back. Any loss will be bore by customer. 

2. No refunds will be available for custom engraved jewelry.

Shipping

1. All items will be processed and shipped within a week of your purchase unless it is on back order. In the event that your item is on backorder, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order, or will be given an estimate as to when you can expect your order to be fulfilled. 

2. All shipment times given are estimated time of delivery unless an overnight or specific delivery date has been scheduled and paid for.

3. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

4. A 13% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Canadian addresses. No additional taxes apply for items shipped to the US.

5. There are no customs fees for Canadian customers. All merchandise exported out of Canada must clear customs. Additional duties may apply upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and do not take any responsibility for them.

6. Phone orders are welcome. Your order will be entered in our system and you will receive order confirmation via email.

7. Payments can be made by use of: PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Upon validation and approval of your credit card, your order will be processed. 

8. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

9. For orders of more than one (1) item; items can either be shipped separately or together. Shipping and handling will apply for each package in the event that they are shipped separately and the cost for additional shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. 

10. Standard method of shipping will be via Canada Post.
